Both the National Enquirer and Star Magazine are reporting that Nicole is back in rehab after her visit Down Under, but her publicist is denying these claims.

The National Enquirer and Star magazines are reporting that Nicole entered the Beau Monde clinic in Corona Del Mar, California earlier this month to receive treatment for a painkiller addiction and to help her fight ongoing eating disorders.
A source revealed that Nicole was “in tears” on arrival at the clinic, saying she had “lost control of her life”.
Another source added: “Nicole’s been a mess for months. Her weight has plummeted.”
The Simple Life star is said to have spent a few days at the clinic “detoxing” as a resident but then switched to an out-patient programme.
However, US Magazine reports
Nicole Richie’s rep is denying reports that the Simple Life star has entered a rehabilitative treatment center.
“She is not in rehab,” the rep tells Usmagazine.com. “She is at home in Glendale. Sobriety is an ongoing process but she is sober.”
Last December, Richie, 25, was arrested and later charged with a DUI after she was found driving the wrong way down a California highway.
In 2002, Richie was given three years probation for a DUI conviction and had her license suspended for one year. Six months later, she was arrested for possession of heroin and for driving with a suspended license.
The incident prompted Richie to enter a drug-diversion program.
“I was like a trash can—I took everything,” she later explained on The Oprah Winfrey Show.
She told the talk show host that her downward spiral into drug abuse was prompted by her parents’ divorce.”I was definitely trying to mask hurt, abandonment,” she said. “I had no idea I was feeling this way.”
Richie’s rep confirms that the reality star continues to visit her therapist at the center where she was originally treated for her addiction.
She is due in court on June 8 for a pretrial hearing regarding last year’s DUI.
I doubt this is true, especially with her publicist denying it. Nicole has always been fairly honest with the public about her weight and drug addictions.
