Nicole Richie sold the condo she had on the market!
The 2,246 square-foot unit in the Empire West building in West Hollywood sold for $2.25 million dollars.
Nicole bought the apartment in 2005. This sale was completed on October 29th and recorded on December 7th.
I wonder if Nicole and Joel will look for a new place together (they’ve been seen apartment hunting in NYC and Australia), or if they’ll stay in Joel’s LA home!
