Star magazine is getting desperate! Their latest issue is reporting that Nicole Richie had a miscarriage scare.
Star writes:
It’s every expectant mother’s worst nightmare — the telltale bleeding that could signal a tragic miscarriage. And when four-months pregnant Nicole Richie suddenly began spotting, she was beyond frightened, say sources!
Nicole was immediately rushed to L.A.’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the sources say, gripped by the fear that she could lose her baby and lose the baby’s father, Joel Madden, too!
Nicole has a litany of troubling medical issues. She’s been in rehab multiple times for addictions to heroin and pills, and she’s admitted to alcohol and cocaine abuse and eating disorders.
So when she began spotting, there was no hesitation — she was rushed directly to the hospital, the source tells Star. Nicole’s many health issues make her pregnancy “high risk,” say experts.
“She’s absolutely at a greater danger of miscarrying than most women,” says Troy Hailparn, M.D., a San Antonio ob-gyn, who has not treated the Simple Life star. “Through some miracle, she managed to get pregnant and survive the first trimester, when most women with her history would suffer a miscarriage — but she’s not out of the woods yet.”
I hope this is just gossip and that Nicole is okay!
i only have one question is why would joel leave her if she last the baby its not exactly her fault and also she hasn’t admitted to having an eating disorder and the doctor who has never treated ! in my opinion its a load of bull but if it is tru hope you get better nic xxx
this is NOT true. Nicole and Joel were at the airport in Atlanta yesterday!
Plus, star magazine is notorious for making up crap just to sell more. They are the most unreliable magazine.
actually it happened last month not yesterday. if you go to nicol-fan.org someone left a link to the actual story. the star is just republishing a story someone else had last month.
