Mischa Barton has said "no" to the Simple Life. As a friend to both Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, she has decided to turn down the deal.
Mischa feels that replacing Nicole on the Simple Life would damage her friendship, and really doesn’t want to play faves with either friend. I think that putting friends before career is a great move by Mischa.
