WOW!!!! I cannot believe what I am hearing! This lady from the National Action Against Obesity says that Jordin Sparks is a bad example and should not have won American Idol because she has “extra meat” on her bones – calls her a vision of “unhealth.” You gotta see it to believe it!
jordan sparks is the most ugly singer in the world i mean whats up with her hair? Even taylor shift is better looking then her Jordan is fat she get some losing weight and stop eating to much like a cow. And whats up with everyone on suit of life deck coday zack show cant they tell she is fat? Shes not that famous no one in asia country know about her.

Not a fan of hers, but she’s a cute girl. She’s a bit heavy, not obese — but in size double-0 Hollywood she’s a moose. Hollywood is not so forgiving once you hit adulthood, so I think she will succumb to the pressure to get thinner. But hey, if you choose a career in the public spotlight, expect a lot of barbs and jabs.

Do I think she is a bad example to kids? No.
But is she overweight? Yes.
Doesn’t make her less talented than she is, but she needs to lose weight. That’s just my opinion.
I think Jordin is a beautiful girl. I can see why they may say she is a bit chubby, but the comments made were crazy. I think she is a good example for the fact that she is NOT super skinny. It may help some girls realize that they do not have to be ultra thin to be beautiful. Being healthy is important, but comments like these can lead to anorexia and bulimia.
No wonder girls her age are dying of anorexia and bulimia. she is just a very cute larger girl and definitely not anorexic like the images that u see of most celebrities. Hopefully she will keep eating after this.

I suppose an “untalented” group would call her “a bad singer” too.. It just sounds like the obese are just ridiculously jealous and they’d rather be heavy and talented (and rich and famous) instead of just being fat.
I emailed MeMe Roth, asking her if Kat McPhee is a better role model than Jordin because she is thinner (BUT ALSO BULIMIC…or WAS). Geez.

Also you made this comment “You will probably say you are and Christian and love everyone of God,s children. If you are not, You should really look in to it.” But Chritianity was not a factor here; however, we are discussing it on another blog. I don’t think a person’s religious standpoint holds any water in this particular discussion. I think this woman is just blinded by reality that 100lbs is not healthy. Look at all these stars that look like sticks and bones b/c our society is teaching us that the thinner you are the better off you are and it’s not realistic. Look at the Olsen girla and Nicole Richie…yeah there is a problem there. If skinny is healthy then why are all these girls seeking help and falling out? Hmmmm….the lady is just plain dumb and it has nothing to do with religion….just stupidity. ;)

First of all I’m not a Jordin fan,but its ridiculous to call her obese .She is a tall girl and is big boned she will never be a tiny girl.But so what she is beautiful .

Jordan is NOT overweight! The lady that thinks that sickens me and is digusting! Jordan looks very healthy for a 17 year old girl. Anyone who thinks Jordan is overweight is completly wrong!
