So, yes. We’re all ticked that Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince has been moved to next summer, especially after watching this awesome trailer:
However, the IMAX bigwigs have officially confirmed 3-D footage: “we believe this film will include approximately 25 minutes in IMAX 3-D split between the opening sequence of the film and the finale.” – source
That’s like eight more minutes than Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, so definitely something to look forward to. Maybe we’ll get a little Quidditch this time!
