OK! Magazine has a story on their website and magazine about the love Tom Cruise has for his little daughter Suri.
Say what you want about Tom Cruise’s wacky ways, his belief in scientology, and his previously over the top romance with wife Katie Holmes. As soon as he scoops his adorable daughter Suri (who turns 2 on April 18) up in his arms, you can’t help but admire the love the star clearly has for his little girl.
A friend of the Tom and Katie’s weighed in on the daughter/father relationship that they have, saying “She is Daddy’s little girl, and he doesn’t know what he’d do without her.” Tom has had some hard times lately and they say that Suri is his rock. Sure, Katie has been there for him to but there is a special bond a dad has with his daughter.
On March 25th, Tom and Suri enjoyed some time together at a park in L.A.. You can see the adorable picture of the duo here.
Many have wonder if Suri is ever allowed to just be a kid or if she is only used for PR purposes and dressed in the world’s finest duds. I think Tom and Katie seem like great parents and handle the “raising a child in the spotlight” thing very well.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw them,” a parkgoer tells OK!. “Suri was dressed up in this beautiful outfit and was down in the sand playing just like any other kid. Tom was letting her do her own thing, following her around just like any dad would.”

Good point PuckHappy. Nicole Kidman taught the kids to live privately, away from the spotlight. They’re not used to the hoopla. I saw an interview on Ellen where she said that, so it’s “fact.” For some reason, Tom changed the rules of his game when Suri came along and he started parading her everywhere.

Just remembered something, but don’t know if it was an actual interview, where Tom said the day Suri was born was the happiest day of his life. At the time, I thought , wow, hopefully that he didn’t actually say something like that.

I don’t recall Tom Cruise ever making any comment like that about Suri’s birth.

Me neither mary. I do recall a similar comment about bella being placed in his arms, not suris birth. I remember it. Because I felt the same way about each of my children

back and forth, back and forth, it seems so silly, can’t everyone just accept this family is perfection and there are no flaws, it’s awesome.

If they have no flaws, they’re better than the rest of us humans who sometimes take missteps, but if we’re smart, we realize that we are flawed and prone to making mistakes and learn from them.

We can argue all we want about this family but none of us knows what really goes on in their private lives. I don’t think it is fair to dissect every single thing they do but then again life is never fair. Am sure if Tom Cruise was Gavin Rossdale he would be called all sorts of names. If his critics stopped to think, they would realise that he is not even half as bad as they make him out to be. Sadly they are too obsessed and prejudiced to see any thing else. At least there is Karma and Tom found a perfect wife in Katie and has beautiful children and a beautiful family. That is all one asks for. I doubt he is dying to be loved by his enemies.
