Oprah Winfrey has always been the cover model for her O magazine but, for the first time in the nine years since it began, Oprah has moved over to share the spotlight. The April 2009 issue will also feature First Lady Michelle Obama!
Oprah also told her audience about what it was like to interview Mrs. Obama. She and her best friend, Gayle King, spent the day at the White House. They talked about how well-suited she seems for the position of First Lady. Gayle brought up the swing set that Mrs. Obama had installed right outside the Oval Office so that her daughters, Sasha and Malia, can play right outside of where their father, President Barack Obama, works. I thought it was sweet that Mrs. Obama also explained that the swings were not just for her kids but also for the children of the other parents who work in that area.
