Here’s a little bit of light, fluffy fun for a weekend post. In this video you can see (in a sped-up version) an artist “painting” a picture of Angelina Jolie. What makes it particularly interesting to watch, aside from being a little mesmerizing in its fast speed, is the fact that:
1. The picture is not done with actual paint. Rather, it’s drawn with different shades of lipstick. Seriously.
2. It’s done upside down. It’s right side up for us to see, but the artist is doing the entire thing upside down.
3. The order in which the artist draws everything. I’m very creative but I’m no artist, so it was fascinating.
