Ramiro (or Ramoro) Benitez filed a temporary restraining order on Paris Hilton this week, claiming she 
has threatened him both physically and financially. Benitez appears to mention “numerous sexual assaults,” but judging from the actual restraining order that TMZ posted on their website, it’s really hard to even read what this whole ordeal is all about.
The restraining order was denied but there will be a hearing next month. Is it not so completely obvs to anyone else reading this that this dude really just wants a slice of the pie? Yeah, it’s a hard pill to swallow. Make sure you look at the actual restraining order on TMZ’s website and let me know if you can make sense of this nonsense.

Totally ridiculous. After a very careful scan of this guy’s handwriting, one can note he has been “harassed” by her back in 1997 (when she was like.. 16 years old?) and that she and “her friends” had called him saying nasty stuff, or something in that direction.
So in my vision, this person is a sick, weird and mental guy (as you can see at his handwriting) who claims to have known Paris and have been harassed by her. He doesn’t even know her age; he writes it down to be thirty, while she’s 28.
Why the f*ck would there be a legal necessity of an order like this for him? Paris is way to busy for people like him.. just like you say, it’s just for the money.
