Paris Hilton has confirmed reports she is halting plans to appeal her 45 day jail sentence for violating her probation for driving on a suspended license. A court official confirmed yesterday that Hilton’s lawyers had filed a notice in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, declaring they were withdrawing an earlier petition to appeal the sentence.

Of course there wasn’t a chance in hell that this frivilous appeal would be granted. They try and make it sound as if she has done such a benevolent thing. And her terrible distress in the civil suit approved by a nut judge and doctor is a disgusting farce.
