Paris Hilton spent the yesterday with the children of Starlight Foundation. She tweeted about the event and even posted a cute picture.
She writes:
Had such a a lovely day spending time with children from The Starlight Foundation. We had a fun kid’s party for them at my grandpa’s house.
Giving back is such an incredible feeling. Those children melted my heart and it makes me so happy to see them smile. What a nice day

For more than 25 years, Starlight Children’s Foundation has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses and life-altering injuries by providing entertainment, education and family activities that help them cope with the pain, fear and isolation of prolonged illness. I’m glad to see Paris giving back to the community!
