I always wonder how celebrities spend the holidays. With their busy schedule it seems unlikely that many of them can make time for peace and quiet with friends and family. Well, Paris knows family comes first and according to her Twitter account over the past few days, she spent a lot of time with family and her boyfriend Doug Reinhardt.
Doug Tweeted, “Just opened presents with my beautiful gf, we had our own lil xmas tonight…” to which Paris responded in Tweet, “At home opening Christmas presents from my man. SO happy! He really spoiled me this year and gave me so many incredible presents! 
.” And from the sound of it he bought her some great jewelry at XIV Karats–a jewelry store in Beverly Hills. “All the jewelry he bought me from 14 Karats Jewelry Store is so stunning! It’s true Diamonds are a girl’s best friend. I am speechless. ,” Paris Tweeted. Sounds like she made out good this year!
Paris also Tweeted about spending time at her Grandpa’s house, wrapping gifts and attending her family Christmas party. Nicky Hilton posted this adorable picture of the Hilton stockings. Click to make it bigger!
Paris recently told Hello! magazine about her favorite Christmas memory–sledding in her back yard.
“”I’ve had a lot of great Christmases, but last year’s one was pretty amazing – I had a huge party at my house, and the front and back yards were covered with real snow I had shipped in. We built a mini-mountain in the garden so we could go sledding; it was really festive and so much fun,” Paris said. All I can say is WOW!
When recalling the highs and low points of 2009 Paris discussed the robbery that happened earlier this year.
“That was so scary and invasive: knowing that someone was in my home, going through all my things and taking my personal possessions. Even though I live in a gated community I was so scared: it was such a violation. I’ve really upped security since it happened, adding in cameras, a full time security guard and alarms everywhere. It’s like Fort Knox now, and no one else is going to get in, but at the same time it was horrible,” Paris said. Sadly her sister Nicky also had some issues this year.
Hopefully that will be the last time that happens and Paris and her family can look forward to sharing many new and wonderful memories in the new year!
