A funny thing happened today. Sarah Palin retweeted us. She picked up a tweet from our friend Mark Hemingway, who liked Drew’s very funny post about a day in the life of the manic pixie dream girl. Awesome! But then, twenty minutes later, she deleted it. What happened Sarah? Did we say something wrong?
This isn’t the first time Sarah (or whoever runs her feed) has deleted a tweet. Earlier this week, she retweeted something from a gay radio show host about Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell that caused some controversy. And back in November, one of her favorite tweets was considered racist, but Sarah denied the controversy by deleting the star and saying that it never happened. So is Crushable controversial too? Oh well. We have a feeling someone over at Sarah’s office is going to be a little more careful with that itchy retweet finger after all of this.
UPDATE: The RT is back up again. But we can only see it when we log out of Twitter. Stop playing games with us, Biz Stone!

Um, why does stream get it’s own acronym letter in LSM? This one’s for PhillipJames.
what does LSM stand for?
LSM = Lame Stream Media
It’s been an odd thing: we aren’t paranoid! It only shows up in her feed if we log out of our accounts, but some people can see it fine? Either way, it has nothing to do with personal politics!
I think you are too paranoid… it is still there. Never was deleted. Don’t get so freaked out. Time for liberals to rethink what they have learned from listening only to what the LSM says about Sarah Palin.
PhilipJames, It has nothing to do with politics. It was missing from her feed for awhile. And now the time stamp is different.
The tweet itself is deleted but if it’s already been delivered to you, it will remain in your feed.
uhh, i dont think it’s deleted. i just found it in my feed ?
