In between admiring all the awesome new clothes at the famous Paris fashion week events, Patricia Arquette found something else to do. She took a trip to the Roma Fiction Fest. Maybe she’s interested because of a rumor I heard about her writing a children’s story? I hope that rumor is true. From the stories she’s told on talk show segments, she seems like she’d be a great children’s storyteller.
On to the fashion part of the post: I absolutely love this dress. Sophisticated color scheme meets a very fun sundress style. In fact, I love it so much, I want to have one too. And her arms look so thin! However, I do have to ask – Am I the only one who had to do a double take because I thought this giving and talented actress was strolling around France with a pair of horns on her head? That logo has a really unfortunate position on the backdrop!

LOL, Katelyn! I never even noticed the logo behind her head!! That is funny now that you mention it. But it’s not very apropos for her. After all, she’s the LAST person in Hollywood who would ever be sporting horns, haha!
But about the Rome Fiction Fest: it’s not a book festival- it’s a television festival and Patricia was over there presenting two new episodes of medium (I think they’re just now getting season four over there). Patricia appeared at the festival yesterday and made a short speech about her role as Allison Dubois and introduced the screening of two episodes. A friend of mine in Italy sent me a link to a page about the festival and Patricia’s appearance. Here it is.

As for the books and fashion, Patricia was at ANOTHER fashion show yesterday in Italy!! (What a life!) And last week, she told one interviewer that she is in the process of writing a children’s book about her daughter, Harlow. Does this woman EVER rest? She must not ever sleep! I want some of her energy.
Ah, that makes much more sense than a book festival. I guess the librarian in me thinks fiction=book. Thanks for the link. I’m glad to hear that the book rumor is true and no, I don’t think she does sleep. There’s no other way she could get everything done!
she is always very hot, no matter here or on JSenior Match . c o m. i read many news about her, also her hot pics and videos.
just happened upon your site for the first time. it’s great! good job!
yes, here in Italy we wait the 4 season (i suppose will arrive in december)….
Love the dress, but I feel there are a bit too many pleats in the skirt. The color scheme may have worked better if the colors were reversed.
Katelyn, that is funny about the logo! It does look a bit like horns!
I think the lighting is really bad in this photo – I don’t think it’s the coloring of the dress as much as the bad lighting. She looks like she could use a dusting of face powder.
Looks like she will have a lot more time for travelling – SAG has rejected the “final offer” on the actor’s contract. OH, here we go again….
Oh, no! I wonder how many people will give up tv altogether when they have to watch yet another set of reruns?
What’s worse than more reruns? REALITY CRAP! OMG! Here comes another round of even more ridiculous reality shows. NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Don’t worry too much about that “final offer”, Betty. During the WGA negotations, the moguls made 10 “final offers” before they reached an agreement. And I think the producers are just stalling now, because they know that the economy and the industry cannot withstand another strike, so they know they will have to make some concessions, but they’re trying to save face by dragging their heels so they can look like heroes when they make a last minute deal to avert a strike. At least that’s the way I see it.
I don’t know Dawn, the reports didn’t sound promising. I certainly hope they are not dumb enough to call another strike, especially right now – so much chaos has already happened because of the last strike, and with the economy as it is, people are hurting enough. They have already passed the deadline and kept negotiating, so I hope they will both make good faith efforts to keep the talks going because once they go home, it might take a long time to get them talking again.
