If you missed The View today, you missed a really good interview. I have no idea why they don’t have decent recap videos on ABC’s website, but they don’t. Watching The View has a really nice recap of the episode. I know it isn’t as good as seeing it yourself, though.
I’m keeping an eye out for photos – NBC and ABC are both a bit behind in posting stuff lately. When I find some, I’ll update the post.
The things you don’t want to miss about this appearance are Patricia Arquette talking about how glad she is that she doesn’t have the real Allison DuBois’ gift to know what her husband is thinking and her discussion about giving birth at home.

That was a great interview today, wasn’t it? Much better than last year’s when they kept talking over her. She actually got to say something this time and she looked beautiful too. I thought Sherri Shepherd was funny too the way she was all over Patricia. You could tell she was a fan too. I know how she feels, lol. That was a very good interview too. I wonder if she pretaped that before she left NY because she was at a pre-Globes event yesterday in Beverly Hills, looking fabulous (but not as good as she did Monday).
I got my pictures back from when I met her on Monday and I will be posting them on my Myspace page soon to go along with the blog that I wrote about it.

She did look beautiful and it was a terrific interview – so much better than last year’s. She had on an awesome dress and very nice jewelry. OMG did you see how high her heels were? It was nice to hear Sheri Sheppard gush over her and the show. I missed the last part of the interview because wouldn’t you know it, my son called.

Dawn, The View always tapes their Friday shows on Wednesdays – that way they get a 3 day weekend every week – not bad work if you can get it, huh?

Betty, I wondered about that because last year, she appeared on it the same day it was taped. She went directly from the Today show to The View. So maybe they did pretape the show today. Either way, it was great and she was beautiful.
And if you think that dress was beautiful, you should see the one she wore yesterday to the Diamond Fashion Show luncheon in Beverly Hills.
Holly, I have it recorded but I don’t have a way to digitize it and upload it or I would upload it so you could watch it. It was one of the best interviews she’s ever done.

A fantastic interview. Each interview this week she addressed things she hadn’t addressed before. Really great learning so much new stuff about our favorite gal.

You’re right, Tom. Each interview she did was different and interesting, and the only thing that she actually repeated herself was the Golden Globes issue and even that wasn’t exactly the same. So it wasn’t like last year when it was almost like the interviews were scripted. These were all different.
And in case anyone missed it, here is another interview that she did on Good Day LA on Tuesday. It’s a good one too. She talks about Thomas’ proposal, her family and the show.
