I didn't actually realise it was still going until I was visiting New York and by chance saw the bus go by. I watched it quite a lot growing up though, although it wasn't my favourite children's programme. Of course, we would say zed and not zee! I'm liking the google doodles, we didn't get one the first day, but we've had Elmo and the Cookie monster this weekend. It’s not been on television here for a good few years. I actually saw a clip of her appearance and it is really cute. Abby's adorable! I loved Sesame Street as a kid and I'm glad that it's still around to teach younger generations.
