The list includes stars from all sides of the entertainment and sports arena and rates the celebrities based on their pay, web rank, press rank and TV rank, which for McDreamy break down as follows:
- Pay: $13.5 million
- Web Rank: 83
- Press Rank: 77
- TV Rank: 66
At the very top of the list is Oprah Winfrey, followed by Tiger Woods, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce Knowles, and David Beckham.
