Vanity Fair has published their list of Best Dressed Men and though our beloved McDreamy didn’t take the top spot this time around, he still found a cozy spot on the top five.
Patrick Dempsey fell short in the fashion department when it came to Djimon Hounsou, Daniel Craig, Alejandro Santo Domingo but he pulled ahead of Brad Pitt.
