The directors maybe need to bone up, but the judges did fine. I thought Kara offered some of the most insightful and useful input for the contestants. It wasn't so much about what she likes or doesn't, but about what works and what doesn't. Randy has nothing of use to offer, IMO. He could be gone and I'd be fine. The others are an asset to the show. And if Simon could just grow up and stop acting like a child picking and poking on Paula all the time, he might increase his stock too.
