She definitely needs a break. I think she is taking too much on at once, its affecting her health which isn’t good. Now that Idol is over, she will get a little more free time. I think that’s all she needs.

I think that anyone at any given time in their life could sound like Paula – but – famous or not famous, I would suggest getting some help. Not because she is crazy but because she sounds overwhelmed. I really hope she can heal some wounds.
