I’m so very sad to have to report this to you. Since this morning’s news that Perez Hilton was accusing Will.I.Am of assault, it seems that the manager for the Black Eyed Peas was charged.
I watched both of the videos with both sides of the story from last night’s confrontation and have to say that it seemed to me that Will.I.Am did nothing but talk to Perez. After Perez insulted Fergie (and he did so many more times in his video clip about the incident…jerk!) Will.I.Am went to talk to him and defend her. (Good for him!) Talking to someone that insulted a close friend is not assault, it’s normal….just my opinion.
I was going to try to stay neutral on this, hoping it would just blow over, since the accuser is known to be mostly full of hot air anyway. But the more I find out about the situation, the more I see that I have to state my opinions. Sorry, I respect opposing opinions, but I feel that Perez is making a big deal out of next to nothing and that Will seems to be without any guilt here.

Liborio Molina, 36, turned himself in Monday morning and was charged with one count of assault, Toronto police constable Tony Vella told TVGuide.com. Molina, who goes by the nickname Polo, is due in court Aug. 5.
