In the January issue of GQ (the same one that has Jennifer Aniston in the almost-buff) Gossip Girl’s Penn Badgley literally not only hangs it out there for all to see in a strange photo shoot with tennis balls, but also mentions he might be bored with his character.
“I can do this role with my eyes closed and my arms behind my back. What I’m looking for now is something challenging. I always joke with the show’s creators, ‘Anytime you want me to do drugs or contemplate suicide, I’ll do it.’”
So what would have to happen on Gossip Girl for Dan to head down a dangerous path? I’m gonna have to think about this one.
