In the video Logan Lerman describes some of the mythological creatures that are featured in the film, which hits theaters on February 12, 2010.

The film follows Percy Jackson (Lerman) as he is about to be kicked out school – but that’s the least of his problems. The gods of Mount Olympus and assorted monsters seem to have walked out of the pages of Percy’s Greek mythology texts and into his life – and they’re not happy. Zeus’ (Sean Bean) lightning bolt has been stolen, and Percy is the prime suspect. Now, Percy and his friends must embark on a cross-country adventure to catch the true thief, save Percy’s family, and unravel a mystery more powerful than the gods themselves.

Hey, I just wanted to say that I am so glad that a famous website is FINALLY talking about Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. I checked, 4tnz, Twist, Girl’s Life, etc. I’ve been a fan since 3rd grade, and now i’m 13 and I still love the whole entire series. That and Harry Potter(go Ravenclaw).

Annabeths charater is not a brunette and in the books Grover is not mentioned as being black , but i’ll let it slide. But Annabeths screen image comepletly ruins her image from the books.
