PETA at Los Angeles Book Signing

X17 videotaped the PETA protest that took place across the street from the Borders store where Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were signing copies of their book Influence. They wore the same masks and carried the same signs as the protesters in New York.

These PETA protests get old fast.

i was at the event, it wasn’t across the street, it was right outside of the borders.

It was very easy to meet them, all you had to do was buy a book of course lol. PETA was civil and just stood outside borders and only become difficult when some mk n a fans started screaming at them… otherwise the girls looked gorgeous and were amazing to meet =)

    I was there too…
The “protesters” totally cracked me up! They weren’t doing anything. They just stood there holding their signs and very quietly said things like “fur is bad” when we walked by. I mean it’s not like I wanted them to attack me as I walked by or anything, but there was no point. I thought peta people were supposed to be passionate. Also, I think it’s funny that they think just because we like Mary Kate & Ashley that we support fur in fashion. Not the case.
