Well it’s about time! Pete Wentz finally has his LA bachelor pad on the market. If you’re a fan and interested in buying, it’s up for “just under $1.8 million” and has “three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, spa and spectacular views of the famous Hollywood Sign.” ~source
Oooh, it’d be cool to look out your window and see the Hollywood sign, wouldn’t it?
I suppose it took Pete a few months to clean the place up and finally put the “for sale” sign on it. Hopefully they can unload it in time to add to the baby’s college fund.

I remember seeing Ashlee’s place in The Ashlee Simpson show and thought her place was AWESOME! :) Wonder if the two share similar interests in houses.
