Phew! Snooki Is Not Going To Jail

It looks like today’s court appearance for Jersey Shore‘s favorite little diva Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi went pretty well. “Ah never again! So scary…thank you judge for understanding, I’m very thankful for that! Whew…now I can breath!” Snooki tweeted minutes ago.

Hilarious Twitter typos aside, Snooki has every right to be happy with her court case results. Snooks was due before a New Jersey judge today following her arrest for disorderly conduct in July. The judge called Snickers’ actions “rude and self-indulgent” but let her off with 2 days community service and a $533 fine, instead of the 90 days of jail time she faced.
