Here are a few pics from Azkatraz 2009 in San Francisco, a Harry Potter symposium/conference that is basically MADE of awesome. I mean, seriously – look at this snippet from the itinerary:
Azkatraz begins late in the night on July 16, 2009 with a showing of Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince, then continues with a spectacular pre-dawn LeakyMug podcast back at the Parc 55. Later on Friday, attendees have the option of casting off from the Embarcadero for Wrock Around the Rock, a wizard rock concert on a yacht that travels around San Francisco Bay, under the Golden Gate Bridge and around Alcatraz Island.
And that’s just a little taste! Man, I want to go to this next year, how about you? Well, here’s some pics meanwhile:
