Avril Lavigne’s style has been the focus of media sinse she hit the scene almost 10 years ago. I can’t beleive it’s been that long, wow. Anyways, her personal style has change drastically sinse Skater Boi days and I want to know what everyone thinks.
When I met Avril back in August at her private Abbey Dawn launch party in Toronto, Canada she was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and black shirt. Quite the contrast from her early days of wearing camo pants and mini t-shirts, oh and wrist-bands.
I like her look now because it’s more mature yet youthful and hip. I don’t think her style will ever ‘grow up’ and that’s what she’s all about. At the same time wrist bands were a fad that had to go.
