Wow. This has been the most popular poll so far. Could it be I finally asked a question that interests you or are there just more of you because season three finally premiered and you stumbled across Medium Dreams in your frantic search for all things Medium? (It is probably the latter but I am going to pretend it is the former, so just let me have my little fantasy, okay?)
Here is what I know (Warning: mini-spoilers ahead but no real details):
Kelsey Grammer: Glenn Gordon Caron says he would love to have Kelsey Grammer back on the show but “he’s a tough get” because he’s such a busy guy with movies and plays and such. He would also like to have him come back to direct an episode.
Mark Sheppard: You don’t have to wait long for the psychopathic Dr. Walker. He is back in in the third episode of the season (MED-041) called “Blood Relation.”
Arliss Howard: Captain Push returns in the 11th episode of the season (MED-049) which, perhaps not so coincidentally, coincides with Sweeps.
Ryan Hurst: I will see what I can find out about our hands-down popular winner in the poll. Nothing to report yet.
Reed Diamond: No news on the fate of the good Samaritan but wouldn’t it be cool to bring him back in a few years and show him in the beginnings of a wonderful new relationship with the woman who ultimately dumps him and sets him off on the path of murderous retribution Allison saw in her visions? He is a delightful actor. Although he has played some pretty creepy characters over the years, I still think of him as a good guy from his Homicide: Life on the Street days.
Brent Jennings: The amiable police sketch artist, Wayne, will be back in the ninth episode of the season (MED-047.) Glenn Gordon Caron said it is sort of a tradition to have Wayne appear an average of once per season.
Kathy Baker: Joe’s mom is definitely coming back this season. No news yet as to which episode.
Molly Ringwald: No news on Molly. Doubt we’ll see her again, but you never know.
