As most of us know, Ellen Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery are expecting their first child. And if you didn’t know it, well looking at the following photos should spoil you. Here’s the Grey’s Anatomy actress looking very pregnant while inspecting the construction that’s underway at her new home in Universal City in California.
I look forward to seeing what Shonda Rhimes & Co. end up doing about the pregnancy. It seems most fans would love to see the pregnancy incorporated into the Meredith/Derek storyline. But it’s hard to say whether or not that will actually happen any time soon.

I think that she looks great. I really hope that they end up making Mer pregenant in the show. Keeping my fingers crossed.

She does look happy! I read in this article she’s been trying to get pregnant for months! I couldn’t be happier for here. I also hope they can incorporate it in to the show. Now Im not an O.B but I think she will probably have the baby before the show starts in fall. Or they will give her some sort of break until she gets situated with the new baby and all. (:

I don’t know how I feel about her being pregnant on the show…I mean her and Derek just got “married”, didn’t they? It just seems like it would be a bit too fast for Meredith and Derek…
Sorry in my last comment when I said ‘here’ i meant ‘her’. Anyway, all I have to say is “YAY!ELLEN” Does anyone else think she will have her baby before the show starts in the fall. I hope that if she does maybe sometime in the next season she can get “pregnant” with Derek’s baby(in the show)then they could just fake her baby bump. That is what they are doing in another show I watch they use a pillow for the character’s baby bump. Sorry I got off topic. Congrats to Ellen and Chris

By the time the show begins again she will be 7 months pregnant so really its not realistic but damn i want her to be pregnant in the show so bad a little McBaby how cute haha !!!! She does look happy i love greys the finale was friggin mind blowing xoxoxoxoxox
