Press Release for Medium 6x11 - "An Everlasting Love"

New York Special Screening of The September IssueMedium is finally scheduled to return on January 8, and it’s bringing a serial killer with it. “An Everlasting Love” deals with yet another serial killer who has popped up in the greater Phoenix area (seriously, I’m pretty sure the Gaza strip is a safer place to live at this point). However, there’s a twist: the main suspect in the killings dies.

It looks as though we’ll also see a bit more of Joe’s new job, as his boss asks him to critique his new novel. I got excited for a return of Mitch Pileggi, but then I realized that although his character, Dan Burroughs, owns the company, he’s not actually Joe’s boss. Regardless, it looks like a good episode!

Guest Stars Include Pablo Schreiber (“The Wire”") as Jeremy Kiernan, the Prime Suspect in the “Penny Jar” Murders Whose Ghost Appears to Allison

WHEN THE PRIME SUSPECT IN THE CASE OF A SERIAL KILLING SPREE ENDS UP DEAD, HIS GHOST CONTACTS ALLISON LOOKING FOR REDEMPTION, ON “MEDIUM,” FRIDAY, JAN. 8

“An Everlasting Love” – The police hunt a serial killer targeting innocent women, but when the prime suspect dies, his ghost contacts Allison to clear his name, contact his girlfriend and maybe help the investigation.  Also, Joe’s boss asks him to critique his new novel, on MEDIUM, Friday, Jan. 8 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

    This one sounds interesting. I like the ones where Allison sees the ghosts, and not just in her dreams. I hope this one is like that. Can’t wait!

    Yeah I like the Serial Killer eps they are ususally the most exciting kind. I am looking foward to it. Joes job not so much that part.

    lol I immediately thought Mitch Pileggi when I saw “Joe’s boss,” too. Oh well. Maybe another time?

    I loved the serial killer one with Eric Stoltz.

    As long as I don’t have to watch Lynn neuter Scanlon any further. :) :)

    This one sounds really good. Serial Killer, Dead Suspects Ghost asking Allison for help- Sounds good to me except the Joe job part hopefully that part is not too boring LOL :}

    There’s a behind-the-scenes video (very short) on cbs.com re: a stunt for this ep and it’s narrated by David Cubitt! So cute. sigh.

    Yes, Phoenix in Medium world has too many serial killers! I do love a ghost though. We don’t see them as often compared to early episodes.

    [...] that’s not as important as the 18-49 demo. What’s important is that next week marks the return of new episodes, so that’s when this is really going to start counting [...]
