NBC will soon be adding two new shows to its spring lineup — Kings about a modern-day monarchy on March 15 and the police drama Southland on April 9.
During the Super Bowl, NBC released the video above to promote the two shows, describing Kings as “imaginative and luxurious” and Southland as “real and unadorned.”
I’m really stoked about both shows but I am really looking forward to Southland because of the cast, which includes Benjamin McKenzie, Regina King, Kevin Alejandro, Arija Bareikis, Michael Cudlitz, Shawn Hatosy, Michael McGrady and Tom Everett Scott and produced by ER’s John Wells.
Kings’ cast is strong as well — featuring Ian McShane, Chris Egan and Sebastian Stan.
