Jessica Simpson is starting a country career and has a new single that is getting a lot of attention. But is it good? Will it help make Jessica a country star?

I actually like the song, it´s catchy and has a great chorus. The country genre suits her voice and is sooo much better than her last cd which was really disappointing to me.
I think “Come on over” will be a hit and I think that it will help Jessica become a country music star!

I like the song. I’m ambivalent and somewhat skeptical about Jessica Simpson, but I’m a long time country music fan. I think it’s a fun, catchy tune. I think it will be at least a mediocre hit, deservedly top 10 or even top 5. My guess is that a lot of the people that don’t like it either a) don’t like country music in general, or b) have this need to dislike her, and therefore aren’t even giving the song a chance simply for that reason. If this song is any indication of the quality of the record, she will definitely have her time in the country music spot light. I think a lot of her acceptance there – and staying power – depends on how maturely she handles herself and if her dad continues to be the creepy skeez that he is.

Will she be good in country…..that depends on her. If she acts real superficial, country fans will tune her out in a heartbeat.

I like the song, it’ll be a hit, but she won’t be a country music star. Too late for that, she should have started out in that genre if that’s what she wanted.

I do like romantic comedies to take my mind off of the stress of the day. I do like the song and think it will be a hit. I don’t know if this one song will make her a great country singer but it will send her on her way.

That song was actually pretty darn good compared to some of the other songs that she has done. I was actually pretty impresses and think she would be better off singing country than pop. Thanks for an opportunity at a great giveaway!

It’s not bad at all and I do think that it will be a hit. After playing Daisy Duke and doing one heck of a job at it, I think that Jessica Simpson is going to have no problem with county music.

I like the song and I think country music is a good direction for Jessica to move into. Popular music is too synthesized these days. Jessica has a great voice and I think she will succeed as a country star.
