Hilary Duff’s latest single, ‘Reach Out‘, has topped the charts in Italy!! MTV.it Italy lists ‘Reach Out’ as the #1 single on the Top 10 Chart – above ‘Circus’ by Britney Spears and ‘When You Look Me In My Eyes’ by Jonas Brothers.
You can keep voting here to keep ‘Reach Out’ topping the charts! Although the single is no longer charting in the US, it’s still great to see it getting recognized out there!
