I feel that before we talk about the reunion, we need to get a little background on the Dina issue. Watching part 2 of the reunion was very eye-opening regarding the Dina issue. Caroline insinuated that Teresa came between Caroline and Dina, and told Dina things about Caroline that weren't true, leading Dina to side with Teresa and not speak to Caroline, her kids, Jacqueline, and Chris. Lucky for us, Dina put up a helpful little blog yesterday, giving us a bit more information on her fallout with Caroline. Dina said she lost a lot of contact with the other housewives after she left the show mid-season during season 2. During this time, Dina says she and Caroline had a big fallout but refuses to get into details, preferring to keep it quiet (damn you, Dina!). She alleges that she only recently learned of the rift between Teresa and Caroline, after Teresa showed up at her house in tears. Teresa was apparently very upset after she had an on-camera confrontation with Caroline and Jacqueline, which we will see on season 4. Dina says that Teresa said the fight with Caroline was all because of the jokes she had written about Caroline in her cookbook (hell hath no fury like an Italian woman scorned), and Dina decided the stupid jokes were not enough to hate Teresa, and decided to remain friends with her.
While it sheds a little more light on the fight with Caroline, we want details and DIRT, ladies!

Caroline says she has e-mails from Dina about Teresa? Let's see 'em, sista! The proof is in the pudding... what do you think, you get to have a private life AND skyrocket to fame on no apparent talents? Girl, please, you signed up for this.
Am I the only one who hoped Dina would pop out of one of the theater seats behind the stage and confront Caroline?!
Also, Caroline only speaks to 8 out of 10 siblings? Wtf? It makes me feel a little better about my own dysfunctional family. And who is the other one who Caroline doesn't speak to? We seriously need a Bravo informant inside the Laurita family. I would personally select CJ. That kid is cool, calm, and unobtrusive. Oh, the dirt he could give us!
I was not surprised to learn from her blog that Kathy was a hairdresser... because she sounds exactly like every hairdresser I've ever met! I can just picture her standing me saying, "So, what're we doin' today? Trim, right, long layers, still? And keeping the angle, right? Yeah, nice for the summa. Yeah, we'll do just that. So how's Mom?"
Um, honestly, fuck AshLEE. She is the WORST. I am only a few years older than her, and I haven't always been a perfect daughter, but at least I know I would act right if there were cameras filming! Seriously, is there someone paying her to humiliate herself by bursting into tears of teenage angst every 10 seconds?
God Bless Andy Cohen and his patience. Trying to explain to Teresa that she was being hypocritical by saying she doesn't sweat the small stuff was just like Melissa telling Antonia Jesus is 87. Except I think Antonia understood the reference. And LOL on Teresa saying "distant" instead of "distanced." I wonder if she used a translator in teaching her daughters to speak. Is anyone else bilingual in English and "Impromptu Jersitalian"?
Never before has Christmas Eve been as stressful since Joseph and Mary were denied a room at the inn. Teresa's figuring that Kathy is a bad cousin for inviting her brother to her house for Christmas Eve makes me wonder if her math is just as foolproof as her logic... and if maybe she was the bookkeeper of her family's finances.
As for Teresa correcting the fact that Joe called Kathy a "raccoon face," not Melissa... woah, woah, woah. Rewrite history much, Tre? She said Joe called KATHY a "raccoon face" (lovely), not MELISSA. YET, Teresa has previously said he was talking about Melissa's sister. Which is it, girl?
Also, I didn't feel Caroline should have called Teresa selfish for wanting her brother and Melissa to stay at her house for Christmas Eve. She said, "Why couldn't you appreciate the hour?" Hey, Big C: Mind ya beeswax. Teresa's emotions during that trying time shouldn't be up for discussion.
We finally saw Andy lose his patience when he asked Teresa about her regrets and she starts talking about what Melissa did to her and he interrupts with a curt "No - "
With Andy calling Joe Giudice out on the "f" word (and I ain't tawkin' bout 'fuck'), and Teresa offering a half-hearted "apology," Andy got the last laugh, with the captions coming on over Teresa, reading, "Not un-ducated, that's it." The devil is in the details, my friend!
Teresa's accusations that Melissa copied everything she does was just white noise. What else is new? And is Melissa giving Teresa the secret middle finger here? I have to say, it's not like it wasn't well deserved...
I will have to say I disagreed with the other ladies about insisting Teresa should have proofread Gia's song and made her sing it in a private room. Gia obviously wanted it to be a surprise and was excited to sing it. Teresa can't control everything. What else could she have done?
AND THAT'S AWL, FOLKS!
