This epic season of Real Housewives of New York City is winding down. Three more episodes to go and then we get a reunion special! While I doubt nothing will ever come close to the spectacular reunion specials of Atlanta (“Close your legs to married men!”) & Orange County (“You’re such a f–ing victim”), it will still be entertaining. One person we won’t be seeing is Simon VanKempen, who announced on Facebook that he decided to skip out this year. “Alex will hold her own,” he wrote.
Bravo released a few details of the final episode of the season via press release today. Apparently, this episode is when we finally get to see the Jill and Bethenny showdown:
“In the season finale, airing Tuesday, May 5 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, clashes, disagreements and conflicts abound as the ladies take care of the final details for Jill’s charity event that they are all planning together. LuAnn uses her skills as a model to help Bethenny prepare for a fashion show. Some of the other Housewives show up to watch Bethenny strut the catwalk in a Moroccan fashion show, and Jill and Ramona decide to settle their differences about the charity event. On the day of the event, as expected, Ramona ruffles Jill’s feathers, but everyone’s shocked when old allies clash.”
In addition to the reunion special, Bravo is milking the New York City cash cow for all its worth by airing a “lost footage” special with un-aired scenes on Thursday, May 14th.

Cheese and crackers, Bravo, it’s not “lost” footage if you always had it. I hate that ploy.

I know this is only a show, but some of Kellys personality must be really her own. When she let her hair down at the restaurant and started fluffing it around to impress the little girls I almost became ill. Also the way she invited the hunk to just drop in to show off her gay guy. This girl really has lack of confidence problems.

Countess, I heard you say you don’t like drama and yet I never heard such drama at the cancer gathering. You love arguments, and this “I am a countess but not perfect…Your not a countess either, you were just married to a count. I have to admit, I watch all of you ladies every week, because I would set and wonder “Do grown women who really have nothing to do really have cat fights? and no idea how to get along with friends and how to act in public?” guess not”
Great show
