Regis Philbin Delivers David Letterman’s Top Ten Via Telephone

Regis Philbin is at home recovering from hip surgery,  but that didn’t stop the talk show host from delivering his friend David Letterman’s Top Ten List on Tuesday night.

Regis made a call to Late Show with David Letterman to give a quick update on his recovery (he’s doing fine, by the way)  and to present  “The Top Ten Ways Regis Is Passing the Time While Recovering From Hip Surgery."

A couple of the ways Regis joked he is passing the time: “Annoying the hell out Joy” and “watching movies on Lifetime and crying my eyes out.”

Regis is on a four-to-six week leave from Live With Regis and Kelly after undergoing hip surgery earlier this month.
