Pop star and Australian Idol co-host Ricki-Lee Coulter has separated from her husband Jamie Babbington.
The pair, who were together for seven years, have cited distance and time apart as the reason for the marriage breakdown.
“The split is of an amicable nature and both Ricki-Lee and Jamie will remain close friends after seven years together,” a statement said.
“We simply request the media respect our privacy during a difficult and trying time.”
It’s always sad to hear this sort of news. I hope they both find happiness!

They married last year but they were actually together for seven years, childhood sweethearts and all that. Very sad.
