Okay, this is seriously ridiculous. I knew Rihanna had a “wannabe” Beyoncé thing going on but I didn’t know it was to this extent. Look at these video comparing the two and tell me what you think. Some of the Rihanna videos in the clips below came out before Bey’s, but there is simply no denying some of the other stuff.
I’m actually a bit offended. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I actually like Rihanna’s music (“Disturbia” is catchy as heck) and I’ll always be a Rihanna fan, but the girl is straight up copying Beyoncé in my opinion and it ain’t right. Just trying to be honest. She needs to stop wanting to be Sasha Fierce because she isn’t and will never be. Beyoncé has to be one of the greatest singers and performers of our time. She works too hard to have people taking her stuff. Take a look at the videos below. The second one is the best.

There is a fine line between being inspired by people and then purely trying to be them. Take Chris Brown for instance. He clearly has a Michael Jackson influence when he dances and performs. But he works hard and he’s good at what he does. Plus, he at least credits Michael for being a huge influence. I don’t see him copying Michael’s video (if I’m wrong please tell me!) But he doesn’t dress like Michael, his songs are obviously not like Michael’s, his videos aren’t like Michael’s and he doesn’t try to sound like Michael either. He has his own thing going on – but with influences.
Rihanna dresses like Bey, tries to dance like Bey (unsuccessfully), her music videos are obviously similar, and her voice even has that signature Beyoncé vibrato. Maybe I’m just hugely confused, but in my opinion, Rihanna is definitely a copycat.

I would check your facts (resourcses) because some of the Rhianna videos referenced came out before Bey’s.
uhmm! & this is NEW bc?!! well we all knew from the moment that Rih came out that she was straight copying Bee! right? I mean she looked like her same hair style same clothes, that old vid of hers was exactly a remake of baby boy she even does the oh oh dance in her concert! she’s said she was a big fan of Bee so she probably watches all her perfomances & vids & she just copy her! I can’t beleive you just find out!! everybody knows! she doesn’t only copy Bee, now her style did change but she’s still copying some of Bee’s stuff, it’s sad I know, but what can you do it’s like that when ur on top!

There is only one Beyonce! The one and only! She’s got the clothes, the hair, the name, the walk, the sexy look, the unique voice, the stilletos, and the dance moves that that make a 1 year old to a 100 year old get up and take notice. Rihanna is somewhat younger than Beyonce, has a nice face minus the large forehead and will never have the lady-like class Beyonce has nor will she ever be able to perform like the beautiful and gifted Beyonce. So as far as I am concerned, Rihanna can copy whatever she likes from Beyonce. True talent lasts forever. Beyonce is forever.

see it does`nt really matter if who copies who the main point is out of all the copying there is still an aspect of them that anyone can tell who they are so even if Beyonce copies Jlo and so on you still know them through their facial appearance . what`s so bad about copying someone I mean once in a while anyone is free to copy whoever you all should get your facts straight no matter what you do as far as God created you can never ever be exactly like the person you copy a servant can never be better than the master sorry for the long talk but i`m making my points simple,straight and clear
yeah your right I agree with you even if Rihanna copies a lot it really does`nt matter it`s a free world despite everything you still know who is who so don`t underestimate that fact!
You all should get your facts straight even if you copy someone so much to a far extent SOOOOO you still know who they are through their facial appearance forget about the clothes I mean they are so many clothes that are the same but it looks so differnt on other people so even if they copy each other it looks differnt on each of them because of the way they wear it so IT DOES`NT REALLY MATTER! get your facts straight. sorry for the long talk but I just need to make my points heard ,simple and straight
LMAO. get a life. Rihanna is sooo original. With her hair and style and everything. The things they do that are similar is what anybody in this genre of music does. like seriously? And blame B’s husband, he’s the one got her doing all that anyway. Don’t get me wrong i love Beyonce too but i don’t think Rihanna is copying her.
what is really going on!!! Rihanna just got here she sucks like for real. Beyonce been in the game way to long, she is on top. Rihanna is just a little gir tryin to fine her place in the game. She is okay like she can sing and what not but doin other people moves and things is not going to set her aside from others. People are only goig to say she remindes me of beyonce. Beyonce is whats hot. I mean rihanna just got to stay in her lane and just be herself.
There is one major difference as well….Rihanna can’t sing live! Period! Beyonce is a performer…you get the whole deal with her….Rihanna…not so much.
