Rumor: Fur Company Keeps the Olsens in Furs

Fox News is reporting that some fur companies are so sick of PETA constantly harassing Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen that they are doing something about it. An unnamed fur company in Alaska has been sending the girls free furs in an effort to keep them fashion-forward and fur-friendly.

Mary Kate And Ashley Olsen Book Signing For

This is the only place I’ve seen this story and I haven’t verified it, but if it’s true, I think it’s kind of funny. As much as I’m against wearing fur, it bothers me that PETA so constantly and so publicly targets celebrities, simply for the press. It’s annoying and the frequency of it undermines the purpose of it.

It is not the fact of wearing furs that people are against, it’s how the people who make the furs treat the animals. People have been wearing fur forever, but the way these people treat and kill the animals just to save some money is ridiculous and horrible. Nothing against anyone personally, everyone has their reasons.

The above story is true. You can confirm it with Hollie McKay, writer of Foxnews Pop tarts. Whitestone Furs of Alaska has donated fur as well as another company.
We live in the United States of America and I honor yours and others not to wear fur as long as you honor my right, and others rights to wear fur!
Try living in Alaska at 50 or more BELOW O for 22 years like I have…..before you criticize fur wearers……:)
