Okay, this was first reported by Star Magazine, so I don’t believe it for a second. However, it is their cover story this week, so I thought I’d report it and see what everyone had to say.
According to Star, Nicole Richie flipped out when she heard that Joel Madden was hanging out with Mischa Barton. They had a huge fight before Nicole took off for Fashion Week.
The magazine claims teir relationship isn’t over, but Nicole needs things to change. Now that they are parents, doing a lot for charity and are hunting for a home to raise their family, she wants Joel to cool it with the partying.
“This was her way of sending Joel a message,” Star’s source claims. “Nicole loves him, but things need to change.”
After cooling off a bit, Joel followed her to NYC ,where they had another fight and this time Joel took off, returning to LA.
Star claims there’s much, much more to the story, but in order o find out, you have to buy the magazine. Could that be any more transparent?
I don’t believe it for a second. But I’ll but the magazines for thier pictures… lol
they have made the same story with lindsay lohan and mary-kate olsen..
I don’t know with every picture of joel and another girl they make rumors , first with lindsay lohan , then with mary-kate and now with mischa barton ? It seems weird to me that nicole would have freaked out because all of these girls have a boyfriend/girlfriend and they are also friends of nicole herself.
They just want to sell magazines. They make Joel out to sound like an asshole, and Nicole a bitch, when those people probably have never met them, and the “sources” aren’t even real, and if they are close enough to the celebrities to get this kind of information, they probably aren’t sharing it… I have a Nicole Richie related question… Who IS Masha Gordon??? I only know Joel Madden/ Good Charlotte people… lol.

WOW. It said like, Joel was hanging out with Misha, and than Nicole got all pissy, and bitchy? JUST for hanging with her?! That’s so stupid. So it’s obviously FAKE. Joel partying? Nicole sending him a message by leaving?! Besides… in the article they were saying Joel left!…. to go do a show. Nicole left! To go to fashion week… OMG she brought Harlow with her! It’s like jeez of course she brought Harlow. It was either leave her home or have Joel take her to a concert….
Star magazine is like that. They said “Oh, Angelina is moving out! They’re sleeping in separate rooms!” and then you’ll open the magazine and they’ll say “She’s sleeping in another bedroom (to take care of the babies)”
