Sam Witwer connected with CW fans to answer some burning questions about his new role in Smallville, as Davis Boome/ aka Doomsday. There are a lot of neat little spoilers tucked into the interview, so watch out for it!
As Sam injects, “I’m really sorry about wanting to do your boy-in-blue. It’s my job. I love my work. I will kick his **s, sorry!”
What we now know:
- Clark and Davis strike an interesting friendship
- Davis Bloome character will be “dragged into the mud and tear him peice by piece”
- We’ll eventually see Doomsday
I think he’s a great addition to the show. He adds that sexy/interesting/new/exciting dynamic to the show that has been missing for some time now. He has awesome chemistry with Allison Mack and I think he’ll do well with the rest of the cast too. His story will be a tragic one I think. I think they will make the audience feel sorry for his character by the time the big blow-out comes because I already love Davis, he’s sweet, charming, heroic by day, and he doesn’t know what he is by night. I think I’ll definitely be crying be season’s end. But, anyway, I just can’t wait to see more of him:)
