Max Sussman and Eli Sussman were on the Today show where the brothers shared recipes and tips from their book Freshman in the Kitchen: From Clueless Cook to Creative Chef.
The brothers have been experimenting with food since childhood but when they went away to college, their love of cooking really blossomed. I’m guessing that the experience inspired the title of their book!
Today, they work as personal chefs and they shared their recipe for a salmon and goat cheese napoleon paired with wild rice and red pepper.
