When Courtney Love was choosing who she’d like to play her in a movie about hers and Kurt Cobain’s life, she wanted someone young and beautiful. Obviously two things that she’s not, but it’s her movie, right?
Courtney has went as far as asking Scarlett Johansson to portray her in her new movie about life with tragic rocker husband Kurt Cobain.
Courtney has been raving about the actress after Lost In Translation, and even she has her work cut out for her.
The movie Heavier Than Heaven is based on Kurt Cobain’s autobiography, in which his life ended in tragedy.
“This is a labour of love for Courtney and she is putting her heart and soul into making it an accurate, credible glimpse of her life with Kurt.”
And Courtney has also lined up Ryan Gosling to play husband Kurt. He’s better than James Mcavoy, right?

Sarah Chalke should play Courtney Love. If she got a little more “street”, she’d be an excellent choice.
