On Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night, Jimmy had three contestants play a game called “Name That Famous Celebrity.” The game is pretty straightforward – a picture of a star is shown and the contestants must buzz in with an answer. The first person to correctly identify the celebrity gets the points. Sounds easy, right? Not when the contestants are an older man, an Egyptian tourist and Scott MacIntyre, the blind finalist from the current season of American Idol. Fellow Idol alum, Megan Joy, also makes an appearance but you have to be patient if you want to see her!
Honestly, Jimmy Kimmel is possibly a bad person for putting this game together but I cannot lie. I was laughing so hard that I was crying. Watch the first part of the “game show” here (Scott comes in at the end):
In the second half of the game, Scott joined in and explained that he is almost completely blind. Again, I question Kimmel’s integrity as a human being (I’m teasing, of course!) but I can’t deny this was hilarious (but very mean). Don’t watch this if you think it will make you mad.
