Selena Gomez says that she’s excited to head back to Texas for the holidays. It’s the first year that she’ll be back since she moved to Los Angeles. “I’ll be spending the holidays with my family on my dad’s side and my mom’s side and coming back to Texas for a good two weeks and doing nothing, which is very refreshing.”
The Wizards of Waverly Place cutie says that she typically splits up the holidays because her parents are separated. She spends “Christmas day with my mom and her family and then Christmas Eve with my dad and his family and there comes a point where we all come together and wish each other a Merry Christmas.”
The best present Selena ever got was a vintage jewelry box that she received from her mom. It’s one-of-a-kind and has faded pink and purple colors. “It’s beautiful and I love it.”
She also had a favorite holiday decoration, which is an ornament she made for her mother when she was five. “I made it out of popsicle sticks and a picture of my house.”
