Serena is about to have a new man in her life post-Dan (Penn Badgley) on Gossip Girl, and it isn’t the guy featured in"The Age of Dissonance" spoilersfor the next episode (2.18). Nope. Gabriel Serrano (Armie Hammer), a European socialite she meets through her friend Poppy Lifton (actuallly sweeps him away from her), will be Serena’s (Blake Lively) new man. I feel sorry for Serena in a way knowing in advance that the storyline is going to down the road where he’s using her in some way – more than likely for money. But as a rich girl on the Upper East Side, Serena would have to face these kinds of situations.
