Dr. Drew Pinsky is returning to VH1 with his third series, in hopes of trying to help addicts kick their addictions. This time, it’s even more controversial than Celebrity Rehab or Sober House. This time, he’s taking on the the addiction to sex. The show will premiere on VH1 on November 1, so be sure to set your DVR to catch it.
But to help get the word out about the new show, Dr. Drew went on the Jimmy Kimmel Show to talk about it. Apparently, he had already been on Oprah’s show to talk about it too. (I’ll try to track down clips of that interview for you…wish me luck.)
Of course, you know that Jimmy Kimmel would nver leave such a potentially funny topic alone. He first teased Dr. Drew about being a fan of Oprah, then he went on to have fun with the celebrities who will be on the series.
Here’s the second half of the Kimmel interview with Dr. Drew. Kimmel even shows a short clip from Mary Carey’s latest pron film that parodies the Celebrity Rehab she went through. It’s touching that Dr. Drew was upset that she is, as he put it, “in trouble.”
