Shelly Cole On The Series Finale Of "Monk"

Thanks to commenter mrcityrk for pointing out that actress Shelly Cole (Madeleine on Gilmore Girls) had a small role in last Friday’s series finale for the USA show Monk. IMDB has her down as “Edie Kazarinksy” and mrcityrk describes her role as follows:

“She was the hit-mans slightly drunken ex-wife who got to make some snide commentary for a scene lasting about a minute.”

Did anyone else catch her?

In other news, Shelly had a bit part in “How To Make Love To A Woman” starring her Gilmore Girls colleague Krysten Ritter and has a thriller, Level Seven due for release in 2010. An independent horror movie she was in, Dark House (check out the trailer after the jump), recently scored the honors of “Best Horror Feature Film” at the Shriekfest Horror Film Festival. The movie has yet to be picked up by a major distribution company.
